Dr Silverstone has been helping me cope with my anxiety for several months now. He listens and he really cares. He has taught me how to overcome my anxiety and it is working. It is a long process but you have to have patience with yourself. I really appreciate all that he has done for me and look forward to his help in the future. Anxiety is a life-long disease, but it can be managed with proper treatment. I'm getting better day by day.
