Today Dr. Puts understood my despair over Global events and talked with me about my concerns and how it was affecting my health. He was warm and caring, and shared with me his own concerns, as well as offering sane and sound coping mechanisms. We talked for over a half an hour, laughed together often, and settled into a philosophical kind of hope and optimism.
