I was given an ultrasound cortisone shot in my hip on Monday, Feb 16. At that time i was not able to walk upstairs one foot after the other. On Friday morning, Feb 20 - 4 days later - I could walk upstairs one foot after the other! Now, two weeks later, I continue to be able to use both legs while climbing stairs and have regained much of my previous muscle use; long walks with even slight inclines are a challenge - but a minor one!
