I have been a patient of Dr. Concepcion for 9 years. I was overweight when I first came to him and I have high blood pressure. He really cares about my health and prescribed medications to help with my blood pressure and cholesterol. I am now at a healthy weight and I have been seeing the nutritionist at their Wellness Clinic. I follow all the recommendations, eating right and exercising. It has paid off. Incredible treatment from Dr. C and staff
My visit was horrible. He was 30 mins behind and rushed right through my appointment. His bedside manner was horrible. He did not listen to me or seem to care at all. He told me he doesn't prescribe meds. As if I only went in to get medication! I am in pain and want help. I don't do drugs and am not looking for any. Just because someone has tattoos you should not judge! He said he needed to move on and didn't have time. He walked me to the front desk and said he doesn't need to see me again. Misdiagnosed my mom. Never followed up after countless times he was told she was in the hospital. Find another PCP, unless you want to be misdiagnosed.
Dr. Concepcion seems to be a doctor that is genuinely concerned about my situation (Diabetes). He has me schedule monitoring visits & labs every 3 months.
