Absolutely recommend Dr. Richard and his staff. They are amazing. Professional and caring. Did both hands for carpal tunnel and they do not go numb no more. They were very comforting and made you feel at ease.
Dr. Richard did an excellent job on my first CTR surgery (R.H.) His staff was very attentive and prepared me well in advance (they call a day before to discuss anethesia and review post-op care) and followed up per phone a day after my surgery. It was an outpatient surgery, so I was under mild anethesia. The procedure was quick and fairly painless, and as long as I followed post-op directions (sleeping with large foam arm support) healing went fairly quickly.
