In late 2024 I was admitted into HMC for an undetermined illness. Between November 2024 and February 2025 I spent almost 12 weeks between two hospitals. Dr. Storch was asked to consult on my case and was able to diagnose me with lupus. As lupus can effect many different systems of the body there were numerous specialists brought in on my case. We have had disappointing experiences with this practice. The billing process was extremely disorganized—payments we made were not recorded properly, and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone to resolve the issue. I spent hours trying to get basic errors corrected, with no success. The front office staff was unhelpful and at times rude, which only added to the frustration.
