My experience with Dr Marc Factor was honestly miraculous. After a bad experience with a failed root canal with another dentist and going through excruciating pain, i was told numerous times by different dentists that the X-rays showed that everything was normal and just take Tylenol !! Dr Factor is indeed a very competent and knowledgeable Endodontic in Markham, he was able to located additional root missed by my old dentist and remove a broken file that stuck inside my molar. Two visit and I was back in business. For all the bad review, his office is indeed priced on the higher end, if you are looking for a lower price endo you can shop around. I was quite disappointed with my recent visit for a diagnostic exam for a possible root canal. A great experience with Dr. Marc Factor. I have never had a root canal and was really nervous. Dr. Factor explained everything so well and his calming voice was very reassuring. I had laughing gas for the first time and Dr. Factor explained how that would feel and what to expect during the procedure. I was shocked at how I did not have any painful or uncomfortable moments, even when the needles were put in. The young woman who assisted was very lovely also.
