We just had our first consult for our sons and were thoroughly impressed. Prior to the consult we received a video message full of information. When we went to the visit it was as though we had already met and were treated so well. What made me want to leave a review was my kids who were dreading braces, walked out of the place excited to get them! Well done Olson Othro!

Be prepared to pay a $150 “office visit fee” for even the simplest of procedures. A ten-minute visit to repair a plastic retainer ended in me paying $200– and the best part; they didn’t inform me about the cost until after the procedure was completed, so, I didn’t really have a choice but to pay, at that point. They do good work, and are good people, but make sure to confirm billing information beforehand.
I had braces with Olsen about 4-5 years ago. The treatment I had during the process was phenomenal. I am so pleased with the results. However the after care is where I’ve hit a road block. The plastic night retainers that I received lasted me the first two years. Eventually the top on wore out and I went back to get a replacement. The office switched to using a 3D printer to make the retainers. I still have the original bottom retainer and the difference in the quality of the retainers is drastically significant.
