Best dentist I’ve ever had wish I knew about him sooner had a tooth pulled and Dr Purdy& his assistant Jamie was wonderful patient and gentle this literally the best dental ever
I strongly recommend this dentist, as Dr. Purdy and his staff have exceeded my expectations. Just went here recently, as I haven't seen a dentist in over 5 years. The initial appointment included a polish to remove superficial stains from coffee. My teeth are looking better than they have in a long time. If you're looking for a new dentist in Ithaca, just call Dr. Purdy's office and make an appointment.
I appreciate Marc Purdy for his attention to comfort and a painfree experience. He has gone out of the way to make me happy when a set of partials were unsatisfactory, not due to him, but due to my own discomfort with the properly built partial. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Jamie is a good example of this.
My opinion: Very much a scam. Does not take insurance. Recommends fillings where you do not need them. Does a very poor job of putting in the unnecessary fillings that your insurance will not pay for, and will mess up your teeth so you never forget your poor decision of going to this dentist.
