Dr. Sterberg and his staff are friendly and efficient. I've never had a single issue there. They are true professionals and I've recommended numerous people to them.
Worst dentist ever. Incompetent office staff thoroughly messed up billing, and he refused to take responsibility. Even after proving payment, he wrote a nasty, insulting letter to me and then sent his billing mistakes to a collection agency and made false reports to credit bureaus. Even without the incompetent and dishonest billing, his practice is outdated since he clearly doesn't keep up with latest advancements in dentistry.
