Wasted 60$ on SESAME with this awful DO. He has horrible bedside manner and doesn’t listen to patients. Which is reckless especially over tele-health, since you’re mainly going off of patient described symptoms. I do not understand why ppl like this man become Doctors. Refusing to prescribe antibiotics for a UTI is extremely dangerous and could lead to sepsis. Started an antibiotic from a different MD and surprise surprise already feeling better. Deleted the Sesame app and never using them again after this experience.
I told Dr Marc berzansky that i have pneumonia and need antibiotics, he said very unlikely, you have just a flu, prescribed tamiflu, where then i puked my brains out, syptoms got much much worse where i was hospitalized and they found i infact did have pneumonia like i told him from the beginning. 0/10 for this uneducated excuse of a doctor, someone should take his license away
Phone appointment through teladoc service, entire call was less than two minutes, this included being transferred to him. I called for sinus infection, with persistent cough and headaches. He said he wrote a prescription, did not even say what for, said it sounds like I have bronchitis like half the country. Called pharmacy to find out what the prescription was for, turns out they never even received it. I had to request a visit summary to even see the prescription. Absolute scam artist. I booked an appointment with him, I was billed and then the after visit summary was produced. But no visit. He claims to have magically made a thorough inspection of me as well. I am very healthy he says, but I can't put my shoes on because my feet are so swollen.
Appointment went well.
