Always an easy trip. Dr. Lew cares about you and always listens. He and his staff take the time to make sure all of your concerns are answered.
This is more like a clinic than family practice. They lost my entire family as patients due to terrible customer care, multiple billing errors, and the last straw is their refusal to send simple blood work results without paying for a follow up appointment. When I called (3 times before I even got an answer) they then sent me a letter stating they cannot reach me. That's funny, since I had to call you 3 times to get this letter but still no blood work results. Save your money and find a real doctors office.
Great medical staff, overall very kind staff too. They make you feel like someone cares! Always there for you when emergencies arise. Highly recommend them.
Great experience Everytime we go love the staff especially Dr. Lauren and Gabby. Ten across the board staff is very efficient and effective. Great job keep up the good work.
