I’ve had a good experience with the doctor, who has always been professional and attentive. However, the office staff has been very disappointing. Communication is extremely difficult getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. If I could leave less than one star, I would. I have been a patient at this office since I was 18 , and for the past three years my birth control prescription was always written with a year of refills. Recently, when I tried to refill my prescription, my pharmacy told me they had contacted my doctor but were waiting for approval. This is the worst type of doctor you do not want to see. These people do not care about their patients or making them less sick. All they care about is billing the insurance and money. They barely see their patients or give them the time of the day. My experience has been the worst of the worst with the office staff as well. This Dr. Rocher Gomez is extremely rude just as the other comments are saying. I would give -5 stars if I could. Stay away from this money mill practice!!!!
