I’ve had a good experience with the doctor, who has always been professional and attentive. However, the office staff has been very disappointing. Communication is extremely difficult getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. I’ve had to call multiple times just to try to get my test results, and still haven’t been able to reach anyone. If I could leave less than one star, I would. I have been a patient at this office since I was 18 , and for the past three years my birth control prescription was always written with a year of refills. Recently, when I tried to refill my prescription, my pharmacy told me they had contacted my doctor but were waiting for approval.
