Dr. Sinha is a great and compassionate doctor but his staff is rude to patients and they made my daughter cry by snickering and laughing at her while back there. We now go to the walk in that opened in Sweetwater.
He is very knowledgeable,kind and understanding. He’s a great doctor.
We need to address the issue of understaffing. Every time we try to contact them, it's impossible to reach anyone or leave a voicemail. It's been two weeks and I am still waiting for my report. This is unacceptable and affecting our productivity. Please prioritize hiring more staff to improve communication and efficiency.
