Dr, Manuel Fonseca is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen and should be reprimanded and consequences imposed on him for his lack of professionalism, making false statements on a medical record, and for spending five minutes with a patient, never examining them, never looking at the skin, nose, ears, throat, or any where as he stated in his report.
