Dr Ahmed's personal concern toward me made all my visits comfortable. I feel very secure knowing of extensive experience and knowledge. He has helped tremendously.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I walked into my first appointment and they treated me like I am not welcome rudely asking what I'm here for and who am I. Came for second appointment and they said I came on the wrong day and sent me home. I was so mad I went to another physician. I would have called them to cancel but they were hard to find on google by the "southwest" name and I couldn't remember how to spell the doctors name. Useless! Sent me for a sleep study and did the follow up. Basically made me feel like he didn't want to be bothered. I found a follow up doctor, like he said i had too. Ive been waiting about 2 months for the records i requested for the new doctor. When i called again, after signing the release, i was now told it's $15 for the records. Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours. MARYann who is some old broad who is a nurse or nurse wanna be is so rude. Said the F word under her breath when we didn’t have certain papers with us. This woman is unbelievably rude to patients and the wait to see this Dr is so long I found a new dr with nice staff. No need to be treated like this from Mary Ann
