It’s going to be a long review, so take some time to read it. I’ve been going to this clinic since 2016/17 when Dr. John still practiced here. I had a fee fillings done by him, I had my wisdom teeth extraction done by Dr. Yazan Hamami, I used to get my cleaning done by Melissa and a few other hygienists. I had some complications along the way with my fillings and tooth extractions, but they were addressed properly. Sad to say that I went from loving this dental office for years to now see this office decrease in customer service and dental services itself. My best hygienists leaving and a big turn around in the staff has created a not so pleasant atmosphere. I left as they could not take in my son because he was considered a "new patient" not considering I have been going their since I was a kid. Sucks to have lost good staff and regular patients.
Took my daughter for her check up and have the Canadian Dental Plan. The card /paper says right on it 100% coverage yet they still wanted to charge me for X-rays and fluoride etc. which are all included in the services ive been approved for. showed the front desk the paper and they still wanted to charge me. If you pay, you will not be reimbursed. Be careful before you get your children’s teeth cleaned as you may be told you have to pay when in reality you probably shouldn’t be. My advice. Thank you for freezing my tooth in that emergency situation I had..disability gave your office 139 dollars...I was there for under 20 mins...it was a great job all in all!!!!!! I'm however worried about the message I got today.....I didn't appreciate being threatened with a collection agency about 31 dollars outstanding that I didn't even know about....I already live a meager lifestyle being on disability and all the rest of it.....I hope you and your team cam hang in there financially while I miss meals coming up with such ... read more
Love visiting this dentist’s office. They are always pleasant and punctual. Melissa the dental hygienist is wonderful and makes you feel relaxed while in the chair. She has a great disposition and she is thorough. Dr Mansbridge is professional yet very personable and an excellent dentist who cares about his patients. The entire team really work hard and they make you feel “at home” from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office!!
