Dr Bath and the office staff was very professional at the beginning, but I only wanted a tooth pulled that was causing a lot of pain. I did not want an implant for just one tooth. A hundred dollars up front for the appointment billed my insurance for one X-ray and a talk, one Quick Look into my mouth, and they couldn’t even return a phone call to say they didn’t want to do it. Not very professional. Two hundred eighty dollars billed to my insurance for nothing in my opinion. This was at the Pickerington Office.
I found Dr. Bath to be a highly-skilled maxillofacial (oral) surgeon. He extracted three teeth from me, one of which being a bony extraction. I have seen other people, with other doctors, have a very rough time healing from this type of surgery. I was very pleased with how well my operation went with Dr. Bath. minimal pain and swelling, with no infection. Respect to Dr. Bath. He's Mt. Sinai trained with loads of experience.

Very poor staff. Was being charge $1400 more than any other in network doctor. Staff refuses to do their job and return calls. Refuse to get insurance predetermined cost.
The experience was wholly underwhelming from start to finish. There is no lobby, so the experience began people standing on top of each other in a tiny hallway waiting to check in. The system was down (no fault of theirs), and so - before we could be seen - they were asking for additional, private information to guarantee a payment on a surgical procedure we had not agreed to yet.
