A very disappointing and frustrating experience. The office staff was not friendly or professional, and in the end, we left the office without an examination or treatment, even though we had taken a day off from work specifically to come in because of a toothache. It used to be great but off late I experience rudeness and unwelcome. I used to feel great for me and my family when the Mr. Mankame was alive and practicing but off late I don't even feel welcome or feel the incentive to go.

I recently went back to this office as I’ve been to them before and actually really liked them. This time I’m not sure what is happening. I went In for a cleaning but was advised to get a debrinement since it had been awhile which I agreed to and paid out of pocket after they told me it wasn’t covered by insurance which was fine.
