I hate to put this review on her name when we didn't get a chance to even see her. It's extremely difficult to even get an answer because they're always closed or you wait in "line" on hold FOREVER just for it to say leave a voicemail. You will not get any calls back either. Finally spoke to someone and was told they don't see pediatric patients. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. I guess I'd hate to have this physician for my child and then have a serious situation and never be able to get through to see her.

Horrible! Office staff is completely incompetent! We waited a month for an appointment. I took off work, pulled my child out of school, and drove an hour to this office. The girl who brings patients back had my son confused with another patient. I continued to tell her we had an appointment and I could let her listen to the voicemail confirming my appointment time but she refused. Updated Reply to canned response: We called the office the first time. The employee that answered was already off to a bad day. No greeting, no enthusiasm, not a hint of appreciation that we are calling their office to become a new patient. Okay it happens moving on. The scheduler was on the other line so we leave our information and are told we will receive a call back shortly. Forty minutes later we try again. Dr. Dave is one of the most caring Doctors that our family has ever seen. She has helped my son tremendously with his constipation issues. She truly cares about her patients, and really tries to get to the root of the problem. She also goes out of her way to get updates on progress to ensure the problem is being fixed. I don't know many doctors that communicate with you so well, and really go above and beyond to make sure the patient is getting the issues resolved.
