Dr. Shah is professional and a great surgeon and ENT. He is caring and patient and follows up with his patience routinely. I always felt I was in good hands with Dr. Shaw. I cannot understand why he has a rating lower than five. There are so many poor doctors out there, and I was happy to have Him as my surgeon as Dr. Shah has a very good bedside manner and is an exceptional doctor.
I underwent septoplasty and nasal polyp removal surgery with Dr. Manish Shah three months ago. Although I am ultimately satisfied with the final physical outcome, the overall experience during the recovery period was extremely distressing due to the lack of post-operative care and follow-up from Dr. Shah and his staff. I have a lump under my right ear & my GP sent me to him before the cat scan. He decided to do a biopsi right there & then, I hope I dont have toget any surgery on this lump he is the roughest Doctor I am nearly 84 he stuck that needle in my neck & was pushing as hard as he could it was very painful even with me telling him he was really hurting me he never once asked me if I was alright!!!

Dr. Shah is friendly, approachable, and highly professional. He always took the time to address my concerns thoroughly, never making me feel rushed.
