Great atmosphere wonderful building staff is super friendly very caring and kind the doctor was phenomenal knowledgeable and made me very comfortable explained everything to me and insured me that it would be OK
Come several times and told it was not that day but several days later our drive is 1 hour ednesday15 minutes. Someone called from the office yesterday and confirmed that phlebotomy today and lab work on Monday and Dr visit on Wednesday and get there today and told no it is Monday. Seems like no one knows whats going on and if the nurses don't want to do it they say it was scheduled for later and they gave us the schedule Unexceptable time to look for another doctor
Every single time I bring my mom to this office we wait extremely long time. We will see the waiting room fill up and empty 2 or 3 times and have to complain before she is called back. And it isnt jus once or twice. It happens every single time She was even forgot in an exam room for 2 hours so she left and went home which is 45 min away. Then 2 hours after she was home they called her asking what room she was in! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!
