I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dhamija during a virtual consultation. I felt dismissed and as though my symptoms and need for treatment were being questioned rather than taken seriously. The interaction lacked empathy, compassion, and professional bedside manner, which made an already vulnerable situation even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it was one of the most discouraging medical experiences I’ve had.
I made a video appointment with this individual. I came to him for guidance and hopefully to figure out what is going on. This is the first time I’ve been belittled on a video call or in general by A “doctor”. He started to get mad at me and then said his staff was incompetent for scheduling??? I’m not sure what he was going on about. I don't recommend this hot head to take care of your needs. I ended up going to northwestern and was seen by better doctors. They then sent me a bill!
