I’ve been trying to make an appointment for several days with no success. I left a voicemail requesting a callback and never received one. When I call, the calls go through, but the receptionist repeatedly puts me on hold immediately, often without any explanation. If Craigslist opened a neurology office. Run. Run fast. We actually liked the doctor, but the office staff is incompetent, clueless, and completely worthless. They should not be trusted to manage the administration of your loved-one's care. The worst part of is they are too dense/simple/dumb (I'm trying so hard to avoid a certain offensive word here, but if a situation ever called that word, this is it) to even recognize their mistakes. Irresponsible with time management. I, somehow needed up with the wrong address and was 20 minutes late for an appointment. The doctor refused to see us because he was “late” with other appointments when my son was the only person in the lobby. I wouldn’t recommend. Especially if you’re late for any reason. I took my baby’s referral and will in fact be seeing another doctor.
The people working here are incompetent I go in with my own research and the dr’s only answer is higher dosage or different drugs staff are complete airheads they didn’t fill out paperwork correctly which could’ve led to legal issues don’t come here seriously
I hate this place. Every time my daughter has a video appt they don’t call but then say they called twice and received no answer. Literally every appt! These ppl don’t call. Definitely changing drs. This place is terrible.
