Been a For Eyes customer for years. Dr. Lam contributes to my continued confidence and loyalty to this business. Professional yet friendly and comfortable. Certainly thorough and diligent. I trust his judgment and am secure in the knowledge that I am getting the proper care.
Great experience with the staff. Dr lam found out that my contacts are actually slightly too small for me, so it’s sticking completely to my eyeballs instead of allowing it to breathe. He gave me a new pair to try, and i could instantly tell the difference. Crazy! The staff were also all very helpful and communicative. Really appreciated them!
I've been going to Dr. Lam for over a year now at For Eyes. I had not changed my prescription in 5 years. The prescription he gave me was very much improved. He is experienced and has up to date equipment, not just for setting the eyeglass prescription, but checking important items such as eye pressure, and the retina. For my part, I never rush an exam. He repeats the lens positions as needed. I don't think I need to look any further for a skilled Optometrist. You'll do well and see well with Doctor Lam.
Not very communicative and a cold temperament. Asks you if you want all these other small services or diagnostic tests and suddenly you're paying a lot more. Who knew a test involving waving a finger is another 60 bucks? Complaints went unresolved. Cold temperament. Ended in a shouting match.
