very bad, she seen me cor a conncussion kept telling me to rest, headaches are out of control, dizzy out of the blue, kept trying to up meds then tell me to wait, then nothing, still suffering, more meds then wait, then cheanged meds no change since strating to see her for a 5 min talk, her nurse Bonita is terrible and rude, had me in tears because she said I didnt tell them, I did tell them many time via portal have all the messages I sent. they dont get back with you and then they do it the nurse and they dont listen to yo... read more
Dr. Verma a provided me with a comprehensive neuro exam and listened to my concerns. She coordinated my plan of care with mri, neuroscience and blood testing and follow up and explained why this could take time to schedule. She was kind and friendly and an attentive listener.
She is terrible. She always schedules you with her nurse practitioner. Takes an act of Congress to see her EVEN AFTER YOU REQUEST SUCH TIME AND TIME AGAIN. Don't waste your time. Go to someone who deserves to be called a physician
I wouldn't know -- she sends her intern into examine me, who then goes back and forth between the doctor and myself to figure out what to do. We could barely get an appointment within 3 months, and then when we do, we wait and hour and never get to see her. I'm in pain, bad vertigo, bad tremors, bad gait. It has been 6 months of waiting for tests, and at this rate, I might as well schedule my autopsy.
