Don’t pick this Dr if you want to comeback 3 o 4 times for the same prescription pick this Dr they never answer the phone is so difficult to get in contact with her also her staff is not helpful they just there to collect they salary no empathy for any of their patients not body knows anything I don’t understand how this office still open the only reason maybe because their patients are old and don’t know how to move to e different Dr please don’t go save your time and patience
I made an emergency appointment for my husband , he had extreme pain in his ear, he went to Dr. Mohan he was placed in a patient room to wait for the doctor, he was left in this room so long he feel asleep , he woke up an hour later and the Dr still had not come in , he walked out of the room to inquire about the wait time , and alerted them that he had been in the room for an hour , he was told the doctor will be there shortly return to the room , he refused once he noticed that all the patient rooms were full with people w... read more

I showed up for a first appointment with Dr. Mamatha Mohan only to be told that she doesn't accept my insurance...Really?...You couldn't catch that issue when I first called and gave my insurance information?...What a waste of time...
DR.Mohan is very caring. Her office staff is excellent. Even if I pop up I get quality care.. thanks heart of oranges in Bloomfield.
