Thank you for your local VA community service office. As a Veteran, I am about to get all my medical records and current blood lab orders in this office. Meeting with my VA rep. Josh, PA; He is very knowledgeable and offers nutritional advice for preventative care of an older fella like me. The office staff, Ms. Kim, have been friendly and on point as well as timely with my set apmnt times. Their facility is clean n neat and easy to find. I truly appreciate my interactions. 5 stars.
I do not feel that this doctor and the people here know what they are doing.
Myself and my son and daughter were patients at this office I was on job interviews out of state which I am on Social security disability so I have Medicare as my insurance and the nurse practitioner was arguing the point with me saying that it’s a California program in which I told her social security disability is a federal program not only a state program so I changed my doctor to Dr Guatam so long story short my son and daughter caught Covid in February and both are high risk so I first called for them an over the phone ... read more
New to the office first visit was OK. The doctor really help me out but we’ll see what the future holds. Well didn't take long for the office secretaries to treat me like a non person non patients thank you but no thanks
