Dr Gupta and the staff so far so good she is informative personable and her knowledge in the thyroid area is unmatched.
My father has been seeing Dr. Gupta for about a year after one of my colleagues recommended her for his thyroid. While I am thankful for the service she provided, she lost him as a patient due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness of her office staff. We’ve dealt with it for the past year and brushed over it, until yesterday. I hope the staff learns some compassion and customer service skills before Dr. Gupta loses more business. It costs nothing to be kind to another human.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Whoever the woman with the dreadlocks that sits in the back of the front office is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and talked to my mother and sister like they were uneducated. HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL!!! She will be reported to her superior. Dr. Gupta is very nice but he has lost many patients due to his unprofessional and disrespectful staff!!!!! There is a way to talk to people and she ain’t it!!!!
I'm here with my sister, her first visit. We have been here for one and a half hours and my sister hasn't been seen yet. This is not good at all. Most people are getting blood work, not sure why the wait is so long. Office staff, please STOP overbooking these physicians. Hopefully, my sister doesn't have to come back here!!
The best Endocrine Dr.. I've been a patient over ten years and she works tirelessly to keep my graves disease under control. I've never had to opt to gland surgery ( thyroid.) When I started having signs of diabetes she works just as hard to get my glucose level to a healthy place. I appreciate and trust Dr. Gupta with my related medical issues.
