I've been a patient of this practice for 25 years. Since the practice was sold it has gone downhill. It is more difficult to get an appointment with the doctor, reception staff are rude when answering the phone and refuse to connect you with a doctor on the phone even for simple or urgent questions. Am on my honeymoon and am sick and am unable to get any care. They would not allow me to speak with the doctor even though I asked for a call back when he had time.
