Honestly, I’ve never had a particularly good experience with Dr. Louden; and my Mother (the actually patient) has never cared for him, but I’ve always made her go anyway. Nothing he has ever done for her has seemed to have any correlation to the issue she has come in for, and I always felt he spoke to both of us like we were idiots. On this occasion, 2 days before our appt (that we scheduled 3+mos ago), I received a call asking IF I could bring my Mother in 1hr & 45mins earlier. Multiple sclerosis patient of his for 10 years. Thorough; good to deal with directly. Always checks up on changed symptoms and M.R.I. data.
Having sleep problems. The dude took 2hrs to tell me that he thinks I need to journal and have better sleep habits and a new therapist. He didn't ask what my habits were or anything else. Just accused me of not trying hard enough, when I've been having sleep troubles since I was a teen. I cried and left. I'll be reporting this place to my insurance.
