Genuinely such a horrible experience with Dr. Tandon… was suggested to start family therapy by my psychiatrist and psychological evaluator after years of mental health struggles and clashes within my family. Dr. Tandon exacerbated these struggles, projecting her frustration with my unwillingness to communicate forthright in an uncomfortable situation and equating me to the downfall of our family unit, singling me out during conversations and getting unprofessionally agitated towards me. Dr. Tandon is great: she's nice, intelligent, and attentive. The one star is for Ben, the admin person. He is extremely rude, non-empathetic, and dismissive of patients. He doesn't forward messages to Dr. Tandon and even suggested he himself could do the job as he's training to be a therapist of some sort. I have never encountered such lack of professionalism from the admin person before, even among the more passive aggressive ones. Speaking with this Ben will certainly aggravate your trauma.
