Went to see Doctor Makar Hossam Today. He was amazing. I felt so comfortable when I first walked in there. Receptionist was so friendly and he had the best bedside manner. Just a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgable and professional and kind.
Bad customer service. Not polite to the customers
The most rude receptionist I've ever encountered.
Receptionist is very rude and not helpful and eventually just hang up on me as I was still talking. She needs to be fired.
Second time visiting this office and would recommend Dr. Kuper is very nice along with my nurses Anna and Janine! Thank you :)
