Front desk is extremely rude, especially Kelly. If you hate your job that much and can’t handle dealing with people, don’t. In addition to this, every single person I’ve dealt with at this doctor has treated me like a drug addict because of a medication that I’ve been taking for about 6 years. It shouldn’t be such a hassle to get it refilled. Will be changing doctors, it only took one visit to realize how awful they are. This place is an embarrassment.
I'm a patient of dr.cruz he's a good doctor there's no complaints about him but there front office they are always so rude they should really clean up there front end with people that want to work with people.
The doctor is wonderful and the nurse practitioners and nurse but the front staff are rude and nasty they won't give you appointment they say everything full and I had emergency I ask for a doc call me back they say they don't do that so me and my son found a better doctor sad cause I really liked Connie your front end staff has no people skills ty Deborah voisine
The best Doctor!!! He listens, he is friendly, he cares and wants you to succeed!! If you need an addiction specialist choose him! Not to mention his amazing nurses!!!! I normally won't see male Dr's. But his passion for you to succeed is all I needed for my anxiety to go right away!!
