I’ve seen four different OB-GYNs, and without a doubt, she’s the best. It’s always easy to get in touch with her or her nurses when needed. Dr. Vu is incredibly caring and genuinely attentive to her patients. Highly recommended!
Dr. Vu office is wow Iam told there worried about an outstanding bill when I have had 31 bags of blood to save my life. Then Iam told to go to a hospital who accepts my insurance when literally it's far away and Iam on bed rest. The literal dumbness of worrying about an outstanding bill when my life is not ok w my uterus abnormal bleeding . Don't schedule with this office there plain ridiculous and don't care about the human being of the patient there worried about a bill of money then you as a patient. Writing this 2 years after my delivery with Dr. Vu - I loved her and am so grateful she was my doctor. She always patiently listened to my concerns and was so reassuring at the time of my birth. I always felt like she was on my side. Thanks Dr. Vu!
Dr. Vu staff won't let me schedule a consult when I asked to be able to see the provider and let her tell me it's all hear say to me unless the Dr. Tells me . Also worried about an outstanding bill when I have to pay the bill before I ever get my surgery done it's called balance billing. Staff don't care to schedule and makes the Dr. Lose money on patients she can't even consult with.
