Dr. Phan was calming and kind!
Dr. Phan and her assistant were dangerously negligent in treating my concerns and had ZERO accountability or follow-through. Dr. Phan rushed through my annual exam (fastest I’ve ever had—not even ten minutes). She barely listened to my questions or concerns and I had to stop her from leaving the room before I finished asking my questions. Her assistant order the wrong lab work TWICE so I had to get blood drawn 3 times to finally get the proper bloodwork.
