I was a little apprehensive of the procedure walking in to Dr. Gu's office. I was expecting a little pain and was genuinely surprised. I hardly felt a thing. I received a good result from her.
I had 3 fine needle aspirations from other MDs. All were inconclusive. Dr. Gu knew why they were inconclusive and resolved the problem. Fine needle adpiration performed by Dr Gu conclusively determined no cancer. She accomplished the procedure that her colleagues could not do. Absolutely amazing knowledge and skill.
My ENT Dr. that removed my L/thyriod cancer referred me to Dr. Gu as suspicion's of my R/thyriod as well as a couple lymph nodes. Dr. Gu was sooo thoughough as far as familiarizing herself w/my info. She’s friendly, sweet, compassionate, & professional all at the same time! All 3 biopsies were completely painless & better yet.. no cancer! I’ll never have another needle done by anyone else.. Dr. Gu is a blessing!
