Extremely rude front desk staff. Instead of helping you they laugh and treat you like you are stupid. I have worked in the medical field for many years and o have never not even once treated any of my patients like that . Dr Javeh is really nice , but you have to remember that the front desk is the face of the clinic so they should be more professional.

Staff is very rude! Well Valerie is! I actually wouldn’t of wrote a review at all but due to Valerie at the front desk giving me and also my mom an attitude I had enough this is becoming a repetitive problem! I’ve been a patient for YEARS, Dr herself is alright and nice but every time I came in for either illness or questions I heard the same thing over and over, never helped or got down to the issue, I found myself having to just go see another Dr elsewhere to receive any medical advice/help to figure out what was going on ... read more

If you want to get a bill because they billed you wrong than go here because let me tell you they won’t fix it. I been calling and dealing back and foward about a medical bill that my insurance won’t cover due to them using the wrong codes. They called me and said that the billing department won’t change the code due to the Dr not changing it. It was a papsmear it has been covered by my insurance for over 5 years. Came here couple weeks ago my wife referred me to them. Lets just say I regret it . Front desk is rude, They like to gossip around, They will bill for things you didn’t even got done. They will not call for any testing results to try to get you to make another appoinment and charge you insurance again. They will bill you wrongs well and you will have to call back and forward just for them to tell you they can’t do nothing and that you have to pay the bill or they will go to collection.
