I had my first baby with Dr. Mahsa Hosseini, and I truly could not have asked for a better doctor. As a first-time mom, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Dr. Hosseini made me feel safe, supported, and cared for from the very beginning. I went to this hospital doctor’s checks really late. I had to wait 3-4 hours, which was a lot. Doctor Vijaya Bayya is super rude and doesn't even talk to me properly.I don't understand her at all and i don’t understand how Vijaya Bayya became a doctor. I'm not going there anymore, she's so bad doctor

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hosseini through ZocDoc due to her good reviews. However, the following day, I received an email from Zocdoc informing me that the appointment had been canceled without providing any explanation or follow-up call from the office. This lack of communication was highly unprofessional. Effective communication is crucial, and unfortunately, this was not met in this instance. I will now be seeking a different doctor.

Customer service is horrible. Receptionist are rude and mean. Been trying to get an appointment for weeks. They put me on hold and then forget about it, take the call and pretend that they can’t hear me. Never had such a horrible experience while making an appointment. So frustrating to stay on hold for hours. Need an appointment with the doctor because she is good in town but the receptionists are horrible.
