This is honestly one of the best walk-in clinics I’ve been to. The receptionists are always really nice and welcoming. I’ve seen Dr. Petcho a couple of times and Dr. Razzaq as well—both of them are great doctors. Dr. Razzaq especially made the experience really good, he’s very helpful and actually makes you feel like he cares. Overall just a really positive place to go when you need care.
Doctors can have bad days too, but for the most part I havent had any real issues at this place.
Do not recommend this place. So unprofessional.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The receptionists gave me misleading information, telling me there was something wrong with my blood test results and that I had to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for 45 minutes, Dr. Maheen Diwan told me everything was fine and that I was fully immunized. Before I left, she made an inappropriate comment, calling me a "question girl," which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Both the front desk staff and the doctor showed a lack of professionalism.
