It is getting worse, I waited one and half hour for a medicine prescription and Dr. Petcho did not have even one minute patience to talk to me, he left me behind without giving me a single answer, even worse he forget to provide prescription for me...
I have been coming here for a few years now once in a while, always had a female doctor see me. The female doctors and the receptionists are pretty nice. Today I seen Dr. Petcho, the male doctor and he started off nice but then it seemed as though he was rushing me (mind you the waiting room was empty). When I brought up my concerns he was very sarcastic as If I shouldn't be asking certain questions. He made me also feel as though I had no idea what I was talking about. Very courteous and great bedside manner, informative and quick!
I went to Team Maple today after I was in a car accident. Dr. Petcho was amazing! He was very attentive and sympathetic seeing me so emotional. This clinic is very efficient, no waiting time every time I go. The clinic’s assistants at reception are always friendly, polite and professional. I’ve been going to Team Maple since 2014 and always leave feeling satisfied. Thank you!
