Customer service is very bad, scheduling appointments with patients without telling them. It's so hard to make an appointment with him either for dr visit or for procedure. If the appointment is scheduled, he doesn't keep the appointment with patients. I guess since he's the only one who can do the procedure, he can do whatever and whenever he wants, "a lot of demands but only 1 supply".
