Dr Moosa & his staff are outstanding.
Allison is great as are a couple of staff but if you have to see moosa himself be prepared for a 2 or 3hr wait they also never answer the phone... But as i said allison is great and gets you in and out usually pretty fast.
Unorganized and chaotic office.
The doctor's great, some of the nurses as well, but some of them are not versed in any kind of customer service... I called, trying to get ahold of someone regarding my prescription, and couldn't get through.... Drove about 40 minutes to get there, when I arrived some of the girls to the desk pretty much called me an idiot because I "could have just called and spoke to somebody, no reason to travel that far!" ..
