The doctor's great, some of the nurses as well, but some of them are not versed in any kind of customer service... I called, trying to get ahold of someone regarding my prescription, and couldn't get through.... Drove about 40 minutes to get there, when I arrived some of the girls to the desk pretty much called me an idiot because I "could have just called and spoke to somebody, no reason to travel that far!" .. Wonderful endocrinologist and staff gets to know you and treats you like a human being and not just like another patient to see. Stephanie A is so kind, knowledgeable and caring when it comes to my care. I am truly happy coming to this office.
Very friendly, super informative. Highly recommend him as he knows his stuff well.
