Dr moosa is great however the call center is extremely difficult to do much with. I have had to call 6 times to get a prescription sent over to a pharmacy and the pharmacy still hasn’t received it.
Staff was nice enough but it took two weeks of me calling daily to get an appointment, always went to voicemail and never got a callback. That should have been my first sign to look elsewhere. Finally get an appointment, showed up 20 min early, and was let in 20 minutes after my appointment start time. That was no problem for me, since I was early.
