That Arab Egyptian male Doctor is extremely rude and does not help with anything. I’ve made multiple comments about this and asked to be transferred to other doctors while he was extremely rude to me wouldn’t give me my medication. Cursed me out in our language while I was speaking to him because I asked for medication and he said that I was nagging and called me the B Word in Arabic, the language, I spoke to him because it was easier to explain to him my symptoms for my medicine for my diabetes
Too long of wait and a certain staff member including a dr are rude and inconsiderate
1 star because Allison was an absolute angel. Stopped going here for a multitude of reasons. 1- they take late patients and make them priority. I get taking late patients. But for goodness sakes if they are an hour late for whatever reason the person who was scheduled in that time slot should get their time slot. What’s the point of scheduling here when you have to wait sometimes 2 hours after YOUR appointment time to see them because they take basically walk ins.
