Most stressful experience as a patient ever. Where do I begin... Let's start with the fact their office uses a call center that apparently has no actual affiliation with the clinic? That's right, you can't actually talk to anyone inside the building and the questions you have won't get answered until later because these call center people need to forward that info to the office. Would not recommend the Doctor. I have been going here about 7 years. I have seen Moosa 3 times in that time frame. Today I waited over two hours for him to come into the room. After making two statements he told me he wanted to adjust my pump. I politely declined a pump adjustment due to my insurance ending at the end of the month and me being unsure if I'll be able to afford my diabetes supplies.
