I recently went to Dr. Alam’s office as a new patient and it has been an absolute joke.i would not recommend this practice to anyone. I went to de Dr. Alam to address recorded drops in my heart rate. I was disregarded, but told to I would get scheduled for an echo and heart monitor. I go for my echo and he forgot about the heart monitor. He asked that I come the next day, which I said I couldn’t and his staff offered to get it taken care of then. He also told me he would call me the next day with the results from the echo.
