while the doctor is really sweet as she is my cardiologist, I had a horrible experience with Carmen at Reception. When my mother brought in her requisition, she was very rude as the referral was brought in by hand and not faxed over. Carmen seemed to get upset that my mothers doctor did not fill out her billing number and snapped at my mom saying “this is the stupidest thing i’ve ever seen in my life” my mother did not know how to react as she was uncomfortable. Excellent Cardiologist, Dr. Mahesh is very caring and compassionate. Wonderful staff.
Dr. Mahesh is a fantastic cardiologist. I have been taking my mother( who is 81now) there for many years. He is so knowledgeable and respectful in his manner. We go to the Oak Ridges office which has all the cardiac testing onsite. With testing done on site, results are relayed quickly. I do also want to mention that the office and equipment are immaculate. And lastly, all of his staff from receptionists to technicians are so kind in their manner and so efficient.
