I have no idea what kind of a Physician Dr Subbu is but I can say that after showing up once to find my new patient appointment cancelled then to have them cancel my next two appointments I will never find out. If he can not see patients this frequently perhaps he should rethink having office hours. I hab heard great things but enough is enough

Doctor Subbu himself is fantastic and very helpful, but his staff has been nothing short of an obstacle. I had to go around them and call my insurance company to get the referral for my hip surgeon submitted after 2 weeks of being told "we'll submit it tomorrow", and I've been waiting over 3 weeks for them to submit a referral for a psychiatrist. He's a great doctor, but the people in charge of getting referrals submitted either just don't care about their job, or don't care about the patients. It's beyond frustrating.

Best family doctor ever. Looking for a new family doctor that I was going to be comfortable seeing felt impossible. It seemed like every doctor I went to didn't care, I felt like just money to them, not a patient. When I was told about Dr. Subbu I was not sure what to expect.
