I would be cautious about going to this rheumatology office. I left my appointment feeling dismissed and like my concerns and previous lab work weren’t really considered. I was told that two sets of positive labs were needed to diagnose lupus, despite having previous positive results and improvement with prednisone. I also explained that I had only been off prednisone for a week before my repeat labs, but I didn’t feel that was adequately taken into account. Dr. Maha Daywood is the best Lupus doctor I've ever had. My Lupus started when I was 11 years old Through my 67 years it has progressed exponentially. But I have had many Lupus specialists. None of them have ever shown me the excellent treatment, kindness, and care that Dr. Daywood has. She genuinely cares about her patients. She takes a personal interest in their care. I am truly overjoyed to have her as one of my physicians.
They DO NOT take Medcaid. Almost all of the places in Warner Robins that are listed DONT take Medcaid. Even though, it's still listed on Google... that they do!
