5 mins before closing i got turned away. Clear times are displayed. It's unreasonable especially when your sick. And need a prescription.
Took my 10 week old son here because I had concerns with his sleeping and eating habits. Doctor didn’t check his throat or ears or listen to his chest, was very dismissive of my concerns and told me not to worry. I went to another GP the next day because I was still concerned GP actually checked his ears and throat and my son had a bad throat infection which required antibiotics. Will not be returning here.
Called to ask if they take appointments and walk ins. Lady said said "no we dont" and nothing else. I asked her how I would then see a doctor at this clinic and she responded with "walk ins"... Not sure if she was even listening to me. Receptionist then proceeded to assume I was after additictive medication and was very short on the phone.
