I have been a patient of Dr. Magdy Rezk at Weatherstone Medical Care Clinic since 2018. Throughout most of my visits, I have found the experience to be positive; Dr. Rezk is a knowledgeable and courteous physician, and the nursing and front office staff have generally been pleasant and accommodating.However, I have encountered several concerning issues regarding billing practices. Great staff and doctor!! Negative reviews sound like they are from negative people....
The waiting time there is unbelievable. I waited for 45 min before the nurse took my vital signs and told to wait for the doctor waited for another 45min no one showed up had to leave very frustrated wasted 1 and half hour and this is not the first time highly unrecommended
He is very kind, and really takes his time with you, I never feel rushed or like he doesn't have time for me.
We love him and his office staff.
Wait is horrible. Dr. not thorough. Seems to work few days, and see too many patients in a day.
